The management team set out to create MPI Print Cloud as an embodiment of their ideas, beliefs, and values. Their vision and mission were simple and three-fold:

  1. Create a trade printing company founded on respect for the employees and customers... where employees would be free to perform their jobs to the best of their abilities through a “management by objectives” corporate philosophy.
  2. Develop systems, processes, and resources around a “customer focused” approach to business where the ultimate objective would be” total customer satisfaction” and the overriding principle would always be to “do right by the customer”.
  3. Leverage technology to ensure MPI is a continued leader in print innovation and customer satisfaction.

MPI Print continues to design and align the business around the promise of delivering and achieving “total customer satisfaction” even as it continues to expand at double digit rates of growth.
